PROGRAM & SCHEDULE
1. Acting & Filmmaking
June 07 – 10
at 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Making the complex easier to understand!
In these 4 days, the participants will have intense, dynamic, and fun training. They will learn complex knowledge of acting, directing, lighting, sound, and camera in a very practical way.
2. Pre-Production
June 11 – 12
at 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Making the complex easier to understand!
In these 2 days the participants will learn through theory, and practice the process of fixing some of the elements that are required to make a script something audiovisual.
3. Production
June 14 – 15
at 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Making the complex easier to understand!
In this module, the 10 students will act and produce their own ideas. Advised by professionals, they will be in charge of the sound, camera, lighting, and directing.
4. Post-Production

Juan Jimenez
ACTOR – COACH AND FILM MAKER
Colombian American actor, coach, and filmmaker. Juan has a BAS, with a major in Motion Pictures, and Theatre Arts from the University of Miami. He also won the prize for the best actor, in delivery number 32 of the Miami Film Festival » Cinema Slam» Juan is the director and founder of The Supernatural Actors Studio and the producer and director of the future film My Most Important Role.

Caroline Pereira
ART DIRECTOR
Brazilian art director and illustrator currently based in Miami, Florida. Caroline, also known as jubalew, graduated as a graphic designer in 2015 and has been working as a freelancer since then. She gained experience working in advertising and design agencies in Brazil and today specializes in Branding, Editorial Design, and Illustration, used for both printed and digital media. She studied Design and Media Management in Miami and is exploring her abilities in Web Design and Motion Graphics. Figure skating and painting are two of her passions.

CINDY LUNA
ACTOR
Cindy Luna was born in Miami, Florida. She is a first-generation American with strong ties to her Columbian heritage. She began modeling in her early teens and eventually transitioned to an acting career in television. Her first major role came with Telemundo’s, “Mas Sabe El Diablo”.
She is strongly committed to her family values and is involved with women’s support groups, particularly those that help women involved in drug trafficking. In 2018, she was cast as Maria Salinas in NBC series, “The InBetween“.

Mateo Vengoechea
WRITER
Born in Bogota, Colombia; Mateo Vengoechea is known for capturing reality in both scripted and documentary format. His directing style is based on Judith Weston’s teachings and his knack for documentaries comes from excelling as an interviewer at a young age. His directing career began in 2010 when he was chosen to be a writer/director by his university’s school and faculty after submitting an original script for consideration.
Later, his independent documentary “Art Vessel” was purchased by PBS and subsequently won a Regional Suncoast Emmy. After 5 years of working as an Associate Producer with NBCUniversal Hispanic Enterprises Telemundo Sports, the Colombian filmmaker is freelancing for Telemundo Studios as a scriptwriter and finishing his latest film, “Anew”.

Alejandro Aguilar
ACTOR – COACH AND FILM MAKER
He was born and raised in Ibague, Colombia. In 2011 he found “El Clan Films Theater Company”. He began his training with Rubén Di Pietro and Alfonso Ortiz in Bogotá, Colombia. He continued his studies with Barnaby King, Cynthia Eithinger, among others. He deepened his craft with the Meisner technique at “The International School of FIlm and Television” in San Antonio de Los Baños, Cuba where he studied under the guidance of Stephen Baily and Maria Gowland. He is currently training with actors Clark Middleton and Ewen Bremner at Apt 929 Tony Torn Studios, legacy of Geraldine Page.
He began a very promising career in film and television in projects such as “The Squad” directed by Jaime Osorio Marquez and “Rosario TIjeras”. His extended film career and his work makes him an important reference in the Colombian cinema. He recently co-starred in the Netflix show “El Chapo”.

Carlos Andres Cuervo
Photo-journalist, filmmaker, and educator.
He was born in Bogotá, Colombia. For over 15 years, has worked as a photo-journalist, covering stories and documenting the life of minority ethnic groups in Asia, Central America, and South America. Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television Production. Has worked as director and cinematographer in numerous short films and commercials. He is a passionate storyteller and educator, and he has been a consultant and speaker about video production for social media and visual storytelling. He is also an instructor at the Connecticut Broadcasting School in Doral, Florida. With his films, he believes firmly that when it comes to telling the untold stories of people doing something to make a difference, there is no story too small to tell, no story too big to touch one heart and change the world for good.
